1. Our concern
Fun&Snow is an agency that arranges independent licensed ski instructors | ski guides | mountain guides for the guests of the Arlberg. It is up to each ski instructor | ski guide | mountain guide to participate in the common appearance, with the same corporate design, corporate identity and external appearance, or to find their own ways. It is not a prerequisite to be placed through the agency. In every sense, everyone remains independent and economically autonomous from this agency. Only the contact to the guests is mediated.
The agency makes sure that every mediated ski instructor | ski guide | mountain guide has the necessary training, concession, liability and legal protection insurance. When selecting the ski instructors | ski guides | mountain guides to be placed, great importance is attached to the fact that instruction and guiding in the terrain is carried out in the interests of safety and that the generally accepted standards are observed. The agency is in no way authorized to give instructions to the mediated ski instructors | ski guides | mountain guides.
The ski instructors | ski guides | mountain guides to be hired offer services related to ski lessons and ski guiding. Ski courses include learning, applying and perfecting skiing techniques on the piste, ski race training, demo and formation training, steep slope, mogul slope and terrain training, freestyle and freeride lessons. Not only skiing is taught, but also snowboarding, cross-country skiing and telemark skiing in the above mentioned areas. Ski guiding includes guiding our guests in the back country, on ski tours and heliskiing. The ski instructors | ski guides | mountain guides always take the necessary safety measures and point out dangers and risks to guests.
The ski instructors | ski guides | mountain guides we have placed all have the highest state training in these specific fields.
2. Liability for contents
The contents of our pages have been created with the utmost care. However, we cannot assume any liability for the correctness, completeness and topicality of the contents. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 para.1 TMG (German Telemedia Act) and general laws. According to §§8-10 TMG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored information from third parties or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
